From there, activate your PSX-PSP game, and select your pops(3.72 for Chrono Cross). Then, turn your PSP on and hold R, go to plugins, and select popsloader. To install, simply create a folder called SEPLUGINS in the same directory where PSP is(not in it), and put all 4 things inside of it.
